Buying a home is exciting and stressful all at the same time.  The good thing is that I can ( and do) reduce your stress level by taking on many of the jobs necessary to find your home.

If you see a lawn sign, or an ad , call me with the basic information and let me do the research for you. 

If you need credit counseling, call me, I'll put you in touch with the right people. If you need to be pre approved for a mortgage, call me, I have many contacts among reputable mortgage lenders.

When you are ready, I can put you on a program that will notify you with daily updates of homes that meet your needs. I will work with you for as long as you need to find " your home". I don't charge extra for this service, but I will require a buyers agency contract to work with me exclusively for a mutually agreed upon time frame.

If you are a first time homebuyer, don't worry!  I am patient and understanding. I will go at your pace so you can feel comfortable during the home buying process. Let's get to work!!
